cashews, aaaaaaaahhhh
Ok, I can't keep cashews in the house anymore - I just eat them ALL. Better than pure sugar, but not all that great for you, especially in the proportions I have currently been enjoying. Sigh.
I think I might need a more structured meal plan. Just picking some recipes every week isn't working out too well: I'm not eating regularly enough, the calories are unevenly distributed, the grocery shopping becomes confusing. So maybe something like:
Breakfast: tea, cottage cheese, glass of milk
Lunch: salad (leaf or bean)
Snack: crudites (lots of different fresh veggies, maybe with hummus) or miso, tea
Dinner: light leafy salad, tofu stirfry of one sort or another, milk
Dessert: yogurt, tea
More later; right now I need a nap, and then to do research, and then and then and then
